Bruno Fagali: Adding an Ethical Edge to the Brazilian Corporate Sector

Bruno Fagali has consistently championed for ethical practice within the corporate sector in Brazil including the field of law and in the tendering process of the government. Over the years, he has mastered important concepts and subfields of law. He has attended several seminars, workshops and trainings on ethical issues such as corruption, gifting and public resource management. Bruno Fagali is also a specialist in administrative and electoral law in addition to general law practice. Mastering these concepts has given him a deep insight into industry operations and was critical in his appointment in 2015 to lead the newly formed Corporate Integrity Program (CIP). The organization is committed to screening the government tendering processes to ensure that they meet the set standards and weed out unethical practices such as corruption and gifting. Such a position requires an individual who matches the integrity levels that CIP seeks to set and enforce. And Bruno Fagali is one such an individual. One year into her role at CIP, the Ministry of Inspection in collaboration with the Ethos Institute honored him with a Pro-Ethics Award in 2016.

Bruno Jorge Fagali: A Preeminent Attorney with Many Hats

Bruno Fagali wears many professionals, which have enhanced his reputation as a multi-skilled attorney. He is a multilingual professional with proficiency in several languages including English, Spanish and French. He is also fluent in Portuguese and Italian. This enables him take on cases from many parts of the world without the fear of language barrier. In addition to his law practice and managerial roles at CIP, he is also a lecturer at the University of Sao Paulo where he specializes in law. He is also an author of articles touching on law. Bruno Fagali is also actively involved in the management of his law firm, Fagali Advocates. Since founding the firm in 2014, he has engaged in strategic planning, case analysis and management for the firm while also training the employees and partners.
